DESCRIPTION
A scene from Michael Moorcock's The Knight of Swords: Corum Jhaelen Irsei, the Prince in the Scarlet Robe, escapes captivity and swears vengeance against the Mabden for the death of his family and his race. Painted in 1976, it is one of 12 in a series of Michael Moorcock-influenced images commissioned for posters by Big O, UK, Germany and USA, and later published in calendar format.
