Our returns policy lasts 14 days. We hope that you will be satisfied with your order, however should you find you need to return an item, then please contact info@rodneymatthewsstudios.com within this 14 day period.
Damaged or defective items should be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Approved exchanges will be dealt with immediately. Depending upon stock availability and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you receive a refund or exchange, a credit for return shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
